The day retreat takes place in our wonderful Crystal Sounds Vienna Sound Healing Studio.
In a relaxed atmosphere, we will practice yoga together, explore the power of our own voices, learn self-regulation techniques, and relax to the sounds of angelic singing, the finest handmade crystal singing bowls, Grotta Sonora gongs, and more.
On-site, you will find everything you need: homemade cakes and snacks, coffee, tea, yoga mats, our sound healing/sound bath mattresses, pillows, blankets, eye masks, changing rooms/showers.

You open yourself up and remember to focus on what nourishes you. Through the heart, you connect with the feeling essence of your soul.
You build trust and can unfold the radiant quality of your heart, first for yourself, and then for your surroundings.
