Sound Unlimited: Small Group Session

Service Description

Short description if you are busy: In this session we offer you a soundbath that includes many of our beautiful instruments. From the Gongs to the Crystal Singing Bowls, Drum, Monochord or even the Didgeridoo- much is possible. We guide you through meditations and optional breathwork or exercises to tone the vagal nerve, open the voice. This session is individual and we will have a chat with you before so that we know what special focus we will hold for you and also get to know you a little bit. Detailed description: Feeling out of tune? Sound changes our biochemistry and brings us back to balance, it helps us to get out of old stress patterns and find our way back to our own natural frequency, our very own inner symphony. Many ancient civilizations and indigenous cultures have used sound to heal and access higher levels of consciousness for thousands of years to enable an improvement in wellbeing on all levels of our being. Our hand selected, valuable instruments are exclusively of the highest manufacturing & healing quality and are truly sacred for us. Beautiful harmonies and overtones create a rich field of healing sound. On request and with great pleasure, work on your own voice such as voice opening & voice liberation is also possible. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 Hours in advance. Attention: This does NOT apply to the certified 20 h Sound Meditation Course Level 1, please read the Cancellation Policy for the 20 h Sound Meditation Course here: Refund up to 14 days before the event. (50%). No refunds for cancellations made after midnight 14 days before the event. 100% refund if class cannot take place due to COVID. A new date will be set.
