I AM Innocence – Crystal Singing Bowl Grail in White Rainbow Design Set includes a carrying bag and mallet

🎧 We recommend listening to the video with high-quality headphones and starting at a lower volume.

Welcome to the I AM Bowls. The “I AM Innocence” Grail Bowl is a handcrafted Crystal Singing Bowl, dreamed to life in Vienna, Austria.

This bowl is pure grace—crafted in radiant white with a soft, shimmering rainbow glow. It reflects the frequency of untouched beauty and inner stillness. Its design is simple, luminous, and deeply symbolic: White, the color of purity, and the Rainbow, a bridge between worlds—heaven and earth, body and soul, inner child and infinite self.

I AM Innocence speaks to the part of you that remembers how it feels to simply be—without masks, without fear, without needing to be anything other than your true, gentle self. It carries the energy of trust, openness, and the sacred quality of presence before judgment.

✨ Sound & Vibration

Note: G – The bowl resonates primarily with G, a grounding and heart-connected tone. Gently interwoven is the subtle note of C, creating a soft perfect fifth—one of the most harmonically soothing and heart-opening intervals.

Together, these notes create a spacious, uplifting, and stabilizing sound field that feels both expansive and deeply intimate. Its tone is clear, delicate, and resonant—like soft light moving gently through your being. This bowl doesn’t push—it invites. It holds space. It soothes and uplifts, like a gentle breeze brushing across your heart.

📏 Size

Diameter: 8 inches / 20 cm Style: Grail-Style – handheld, noble, and grounding (exact dimensions may vary slightly due to the artisanal nature)

As a Grail Bowl, it is designed to be held while played, bringing the sacred energy directly into your field, guiding you gently into presence, and reminding you of the divine purity within. Walk around during your sound session, and move your instrument freely! Perfect for 1:1 sound baths and personal healing sessions.

Pro Tip: Be creative and try using a trumpet stand to play your Grail Bowl safely while it stands upright (various sizes and styles available—just like we did at Crystal Sounds Vienna).
