There is something deeply healing about using your voice.
Not to perform. Not to sound perfect.
But to feel. To express. To release. To reconnect.

This immersive one day experience is an invitation to gently return to

your natural voice through intuitive singing, toning, sound and presence.

​

So many people carry fear, shame or insecurity around their voice.
They believe they “cannot sing”.
But your voice was never meant to fit into perfection.

Your voice is energy. Emotion. Truth. Expression.

In this workshop, you are invited into a safe, calm and beautiful space where you can slowly soften, open and reconnect with your authentic sound without pressure, judgment or performance.

 

Together we explore the effects of our voices as healing and liberating.

What You Will Experience

Intuitive singing & vocal toning
Gentle practices to softly open and free the voice
Singing and sounding together in a safe,

supportive and non-judgmental space

Playing the I AM Shruti Boxes -

each participant practices vocalizing while playing a Shruti Box. And don't worry, Verena Magdalena teaches you how to play the Shruti Box- an intuitive instrument she loves to sing along with.

The Magic of Singing Together

Again and again, I receive beautiful feedback about my voice and the way my intuitive singing and toning touches people deeply.

Why is the human voice so powerful?

Your own voice is powerful.

​

For many years, I have loved working with sound and intuitive singing in my sessions.

There is something incredibly powerful about sharing sound in a real, authentic and heart centered way.

​

This workshop was created from that love and from the many requests to finally open a space where we can sing, tone and explore the voice together.

​

Not through perfection. But through presence, feeling and authenticity.

 

Working with the Shruti Box

​

During our time together,

we will mainly work with our beautiful I AM Shruti Shruti Boxes.

(Those who have worked with me know, also the Monochord and Crystal Singing Bowls might want to be played too- depending on my participants)

​

The continuous, grounding tones of the Shruti Box create a safe sonic space that supports the voice naturally and gently.

The sound of the shruti box with its many overtones helps the nervous system relax through stimulation of the vagus nerve and makes it easier to let go, open up and explore your own natural resonance. We will also learn simple intervals and you can play a shruti box yourself.

​

You will have the opportunity to experience and play the beautiful I AM Shruti Shruti Boxes during the workshop.

​

I am very happy with how my dream Shruti Box line turned out and proud to present them to you and thus give you a tool you can sing and chant along with in a simple and intuitive way. 

The I AM Shruti Shruti Boxes will also be available for purchase.
