Can you never listen to yourself on a video, recording or a voice message, do you hit stop immediately? Do you think you sound strange? Do you believe you cannot or should not sing? Lets change that. You came into this world with a voice. It does not matter how you or others think it should sound. It is about uprooting these old beliefs and freeing your own sound from the judgments. So you learn to enjoy your own voice, like to share it, like to speak, allow yourself to sing! I will walk you through this practice and I will support you with my voice. So in this very special session we are coming back to your own natural frequencies, your own fundamental tone, your own voice. This means working with RESTORING your relationship to how you speak, how you sound, how you like or dislike your own sound. Because when you were a child before that one moment came that made you judge your own voice- you had a relationship & it was a good one. I want to help you remember that your sound feels good. I might pick one or more instruments to support this session with you. This session can take place lying down, sitting, moving around, jumping- it depends on what you truly need in that moment. Come in comfortable clothing, well hydrated and not on a heavy stomach but do come with a heavy heart, come with your sad thoughts and your beliefs of being broken- we will hold all of what encompasses this sounds of you in a field and atmosphere of non judgement, of just being YOU with all that you are in that moment. I have heard all the sounds you can imagine, there is no shame necessary but if it is there it is ok and safe and held until it can leave the room in a split of a second and finally get some fresh air. This class is for just you. It is a leap of faith you take, it is that one moment of courage, that one thing that got everything going. Add on: if there is someone you really feel safe to truly and freely express around it is possible to share the price and the class. Please give me a short notice in your booking so I know about it. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 Hours in advance. Attention: This does NOT apply to the certified 20 h Sound Meditation Course Level 1, please read the Cancellation Policy for the 20 h Sound Meditation Course here: Refund up to 14 days before the event. (50%). No refunds for cancellations made after midnight 14 days before the event. 100% refund if class cannot take place due to COVID. A new date will be set.
