Set of 3 Bowls : I AM in Bloom
Simply clean your crystal singing bowl with a very soft cotton cloth, best with distilled water. As you play your bowl be mindful and respectful - connect with your heart to your instrument and allow it to bring work its magic. Always use your bespoke I AM crystal singing bowl travelling bag when you are taking it with you - never place it down on surfaces that are sharp. Put a nice light or lamp or attended candle close to it so you know where it is placed during your sound bath- this might seem mundane advice but it has already saved some bowls lives during my years of experience with many crystal singing bowl brands.

Each bowl is individually hand-blown and custom-made per order, meaning no two are exactly alike. Small imperfections may occur during the creation process, as it is a delicate and intricate procedure. These imperfections may include bubbles and/or finish irregularities. Our top priority is ensuring that your bowls deliver the highest quality sound resonance.
Right of Withdrawal:
We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer the possibility of returning the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return and Refund Conditions:
Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.Condition of the Goods: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for products that show signs of use or damage.
Return Process: Please contact us via email at info@crystalsoundsvienna.com, including your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is confirmed, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the goods were received damaged or defective.
Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price within 14 days to the payment method used. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part. Processing time for the refund may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.Exceptions and Non-returnable Items: Personalized items or products made specifically for you are not eligible for return. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are also excluded from exchanges and returns.
