I AM Sweet Bliss – Set of 3 Crystal Singing Bowls
A harmonious, handcrafted set of three crystal singing bowls designed for relaxation, help with nervous system regulation and a gentle and pleasant sound experience.
🎧 We recommend listening with high-quality headphones and starting at a lower volume.
✨ Overview
I AM Sweet Bliss is tuned to 528 Hz.
528 Hz is a sound frequency within the Solfeggio scale, widely known as the "Love Frequency," "Miracle Tone," or "Frequency of Transformation".
Notes: C4 · A4 · F4 (Octave 4) The C4 bowl is a crystal singing bowl grail
Together, these notes create a well-balanced harmonic combination that feels both grounding and light, making the set versatile and easy to work with.
✨ Sound & Use
The sound is warm, soft, and smooth, with tones that blend naturally into each other.
Suitable for:
Sound baths
Meditation or breathwork
Relaxation sessions
Used by our course students: f.e. Psychotherapists, Yogis, Voice Coaches, Physicists, Breathwork Facilitators - and more! (we are always excited to hear who incorporates sound into their business and practice)
The bowls produce a continuous, even sound field that supports focus, calm, and a steady atmosphere without being overwhelming. I AM bowls work really well with microphones- they sound very pleasant when used for online sound baths or similar modalities.

The hand-made crystal singing bowl set features a clean and elegant color combination:
Light transparent lavender (grail bowl)
Red Gradient
Sweet transparent pink
A simple, balanced look that fits well in both professional and personal spaces.
