Short Description if you are busy: Awaken and align through Breath and Sound! We will utilize breathwork techniques and soundhealing instruments to help you come back to center. A deep calm and connectedness will wait for you in this session. We will focus on breathwork and the sound will support your processes. Comfortable clothing is recommended and on a light stomach. Let's get into the details! In this session you will experience the magic of breath. Do you feel stressed, anxious, had an intense event happenening, feel disconnected from yourself and your body, feel like you can never breathe in your life, you are so busy and can't get some fresh air? Do you want a tool to help you reconnect with your emotional body and with the feeling of peace? Most Humans don't breathe properly. We cut ourselves up, swallow our air, short breaths to meekly support our too quick speech- nervous shallow breaths without a harmonic rhythm to it. Your breath is an ocean that wants to move you, through you, with you and it wants to help you to release emotions and come to that "aaaaaaaah, finally" moment. Did you know? Deep breathing is one of the body's strongest self-healing tools. It lowers blood pressure, reduces the heart rate, decreases stress hormones, oxygenates blood, exercises the lungs, increases the physical and mental energy and improves the immune system profoundly (just like soundhealing). There are many breathwork techniques and we choose what best suits your needs in the moment. Chosen instruments help you through and after the session to absorb and integrate the new experiences. Attention: This does NOT apply to the certified 20 h Sound Meditation Course Level 1, please read the Cancellation Policy for the 20 h Sound Meditation Course here: Refund up to 14 days before the event. (50%). No refunds for cancellations made after midnight 14 days before the event. 100% refund if class cannot take place due to COVID. A new date will be set.
